Preschooler Pretzel

Have your preschoolers form a circle, shoulder to shoulder. Each student reaches into the center and grasps the hand of anyone across of them (it might not be student directly across from them if it's a large group). Then have your preschoolers repeat the procedure with their left hand but this time they must grasp a different classmate. Randonly choose two students to be the ends of the preschooler pretzel. One end student will release his/her right hand and the other end student will release his/her left hand. O.K., here's where it gets fun, have all the preschoolers attempt to "unravel" the preschooler pretzel by stepping under, around and over each other! Here's the catch, they have to do it with letting go of the two classmates hands their holding!
